[The video's not very clear when it comes on; it's dark and gloomy, showing hints of thick dust and cobwebs--a glimpse of a window reveals deep fog--and then it shifts to Rita's wide-eyed face. When she speaks, she's trying very hard to pretend she's calm...and failing pretty horribly.]

I-is anyone else stuck in this weirdo place? I mean, it's not like I need help or anything, but-

[A loud creak and sudden clatter of footsteps interrupts her, the shutters to the window abruptly blowing open, and she jumps with a yelp.] Aah--! Uh--it's not sc--just where's the exit, already?!

[Maybe realizing that the video's still recording her little freak-out, she quickly shuts it off.]

[ He gasps and mumbles quietly, arm falling on enough shake him out of sleep for a second. His arms are getting sort of sore now...

So it's time for him to roll back onto his pillow, too, and stretch out his pillow-arm over his head. At least until his fingers hit a pile of books. ]

Uh...

[The movement and light thud of books is enough to disturb her dreams, though she keeps sleeping. After turning back on her side and tugging at Tyr's blanket, she thrusts out a leg towards him.]

[ The falling books make him stir, but not as much as that kick does. It's not enough to hurt, but it's enough to make him worry about it.

He rolls onto his side away from her, letting her take his blanket, before giving her a harsh whisper. ] Watch it!

Shaddup... [She's vaguely aware of him now. And she wanted to sleep some more...With a groan, she rolls over again--in the wrong direction, back into Tyr.]

[ He groans in annoyance, but he doesn't care to fight with her right now. He gropes around to find the edge of his blanket so he can tug it back over his shoulders. ] Fine...

[Rita makes her own little noise of complaint, but she decides she can't really be bothered to roll away again. And Tyr's kind of comfy. Since there's nothing else they really need to focus on, she's pretty quick to go back to sleep.

And start mumbling spell chants.] Flickering...blaze...

[ That's a spell her knows. It takes a minute for him to recognise it, but when he does, he's quick to roll over and nudge her with his elbow. ]

Don't cast in here!

Ow! [Okay, so it didn't actually hurt, but she's going to complain, anyway. She props herself up on an elbow to scowl at him, hair disheveled and the cat ears lopsided.] What was that for?

[ He hopes he didn't hurt her, and he's sure he didn't. He lays on his back, looking up at her and glaring halfheartedly. ]

I had to wake you up. You were starting to cast.

[ He sort of wants to fix her headband, too... So tired. ]

I-I was not!

[It's not like she'd cast in her sleep or anything...Even if Judith said she did!

She's pretty awake now, though, even as she flops back down next to him.]

[ And he rolls onto his side to face her. ]

You were. I know your spells by now...

[She crosses her arms over the pillow and rests her chin on them as she looks right back at him, totally not pouting.]

You were probably dreaming.

[ ...Screw it, he'll reach up and adjust her headband with one hand, tugging on one of the ears. ]

I wasn't dreaming; you move too much for me to sleep.

Huh? What are you-

[She blushes and lifts her head a little, but lets him straighten it once she realizes what he's doing.]

Are you saying I'm restless or something?

[ And he'll just adjust it a little more since she's letting him... He's as monotone as ever when he replies afterwards and tucks his hand back into his blankets. ]

At least when you're dreaming. You...get really into them... [ Blushing a little? Yes. ]

[O-oh...His blush makes her own intensify and she starts worrying about what she might've said. She can't remember her dreams, so what if she said something about him?]

W-what do you mean? You didn't hear anything weird, did you?

[ He glances up at her headband again. ]

...Nothing I shouldn't have expected, I guess...

[She doesn't really get the glance--thinking maybe he's just looking away out of awkwardness or...something.]

Huh? Just what was it?

[ Tyr was sleepy before, but he's waking up more and more now. All this moving and arguing...

With a straight face: ] Meow.

[She doesn't know what to think--okay, maybe she has a little suspicion, but-]

W...what?

[ He sort of likes these reactions... He continues speaking matter-of-factly. ] That's what you said. You were dreaming you were a cat. [ And cuddling him and calling him sweet names... ]

[And she thinks that what he's already told her is embarrassing...Her eyes widen and she quickly tries to protest.]

N-no way! I wouldn't dream anything like that...

[ He's not about to give her the whole story, either. ]

So you were awake?

[Probably for the best...]

N-no, of course not! I was just...I was just talking to a cat or something!

[ Let's not make things too awkward... ]

Hmm... [ He doesn't know about that... ] It sounded more like you were with your own kind.
