[ooc: BASICALLY what the deal entails is... the material - minus the house - will show up, notes and equipment and stuff, but the actual research data will be in numerous languages that Rita shouldn't be able to read. Klingon, Elvish, Latin, etc. and the equipment will show up in pieces and need to be rebuilt. If the languages aren't able to be translated, they will eventually revert back to readable at the end of a month, but the option to have someone translate them is totally open!]
