That's probably a good idea. But if you do have to go anywhere, there's plenty of fighting nuts here who'd be happy to help you out. ...You could let me know if you want, too.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. There are also a few people I live with who can help me out when I need it, so it's not so bad. I just got tired of being rescued all the time, so I decided to try and learn a bit for myself too.

I don't blame you. Even if fighting isn't really your thing, having some way to defend yourself is a good idea. I'd say it's almost a necessity, especially here.

I managed to get by by having tough friends, and by knowing when to lock my reinforced steel door and wait it out. But I feel better to have a backup.

Ravenous gryphons, giant plastic elephants, flesh-eating zombies, ~~the cast of Final Fantasy VII~~ and now rabid sheep. To name a few.

It is just a tiny cannon, yes. And mine is especially small because I have small hands. But the bullets penetrate as well as a spear, so you can hit vital organs if you aim right.

I unfortunately thought to get the reinforced door AFTER the old wooden one got bashed down over and over.

They're really that powerful? I can't even imagine what your big guns must do, or if it's anything comparable even to hoplon blastia...

Oh. Well, yeah, that would be a pretty good motivator.

There are a lot of kinds of guns, but the better ones are really strong. Of course, they're really only good for killing stuff.

No kidding. Giant weapons aren't exactly good for any peaceful activities, that's for sure.
