Are you afraid it might be more than just a lame trick there? [ The haunted house is more fun at night... ]

I didn't mean the place with the mirrors. I meant the one next to it... [ In case she didn't get it... And she shouldn't be afraid of lame tricks! ]

Huh? What place? [She's never afraid of lame tricks!!]

[ >:3 He finally takes her hand. ] If you don't remember, I'll show you it. [ Never ever ever!!! ]

[8D She blinks, skeptic, but follows.] If you really wanna go there, I guess...

[ Aww yeah. He thinks he knows the way to the haunted house. ] Will you come in with me?

[Rita thinks it's fine as long as they're not going in that mirror house.] I'm not gonna stand out here while you go in, if that's what you're asking.

Good... I wouldn't to go in without you anyway.

Uh, well--I-I mean, we did come together and all...

Yeah. [ He swings their hands together, excited. ] So you have to.

[Oh man, she's gotten so used to that she likes it.] I know. I said I would, all right?

[ Aww~ He's such a kid... ] All right. We're about there...

[ Where it gets darker, and the lights turn purple and blue and white instead of red and yellow and green. ]

[So cute. Rita doesn't pay much attention to the lights, and it's not the dark she's afraid of.] Just make sure you're going in the right one, okay?

[ He looks it over again - it's a dark building that's bigger than the others, and there's mist coming through the curtained entrance. ] I'm sure we're in the right place.

[ Tug, off we go-! ]

Huh? This is the place? [That mist is kind of weird, but...in they go?!] Just what is this, anyway?

Yeah. [ It's even darker inside, with light just seemingly rising from the floor. It's much colder as they walk in, too. ] It's supposed to be a haunted house.

[Oh, darker, colder, haunted...

--Wait a minute.] Wha--y-you're joking, right?

[ He shakes his head, looking over at her. ]

No. I thought the tricks would be better in here.

But--o-of course they're tricks, so...It's not like we have to look at them!

[She might be dragging her feet quite a bit...]

[ ...Aww, Rita. He wonders if she really is scared as a hand slowly starts creeping towards her from the wall. ]

... You think this kind of stuff is boring, too, huh? [ Since if he asked 'Are you scared?' she'd probably just stubbornly deny it and wouldn't say if she wanted to go. He thinks that, anyway. ]

[He knows her so well...]

--Right. It'd just be a total bore, so-

Aah! [WAIT OH HELL scooting away from the wall so quickly.] W-what is that?!

[ It's a creepy, likely mechanical hand that bats at her even after she moves away. It surprises Tyr a little, too (maybe just because Rita yelled) and he's stuck staring between the two. And maybe standing a little bit between them so it doesn't touch her. ]

--I don't know. It's probably not real, though...

...O-of course it's not real, it--it can't be! [Not that she wants to take her eyes off of it....

Though it retracts back into the wall now, while Rita stares at the darkness suspiciously.]

Nothing here is real... [ Tyr's calmed down now that the initial surprise is over.

...Although it is a little creepy that the floor is moving them further in now since they've stopped... ]
