Yes, I am. I am less than 100, which is rare among high-ranked shinigami.

Since I was created, and activated... that is what I have been.

Since you were created...? So how are shinigami created? I'm assuming you're not born the same way as humans are.

If we are not killed... no, we do not die.

Shinigami are usually recruited from human souls after death- those who have spiritual awareness or power are able to become shinigami. I am artificial, and so instead of living a life as a human, and then dying, I was simply created with a false body and false soul from the start.
