Rita taps several symbols on the console, and the gem pulses weakly before fading again. Although she sighs and shakes her head, there's not really much actual impatience behind it.]

[While she mutters, she continues typing and adjusting until the light becomes strong and steady, at which point she nods in satisfaction. Pride, even.]
