Yeah...Soon. [She's concerned enough for him that it outweighs the part of her that wants nothing more than to shut herself up in the study for days, so she starts to prepare to leave.

His question makes her pause with uncertainty, though.] Huh? What about me?

[stargathering]

[ The fact her might not hear from her for a few days is enough for him. They might not be friends that see each other daily for lunch, but he's still worried about her after this. ]

How are you feeling?

[blastiafreak]

[And she wants to be sure he isn't actually injured all that badly.]

...Fine. I mean- [She can be a little honest here. Even if it's still mostly denial.] It's just...weird not having her here.

[stargathering]

[ He'll cover up well as usual.;; ]

[ Tyr nods. She doesn't really need to spell it out. ] Maybe you'll return with her soon...

[Aw, Tyr. ;_;]

[She's moving around, digging through some junk to look for the gels--though she can't keep the cynical tone out of her voice.] ...There's no way to know that. It could be years.

[stargathering]

[ It's just what he does now. ._. ]

You can still have some hope, though. Besides, if you're here for years, I'm sure you'd be able to find your own way out...

[S-sob. He won't be looking forward to summer, will he? ;_;]

Hoping won't change whether or not it'll happen. And even if I try, there's no guarantee anything will work.

[stargathering]

[ Nope. ._. He might get over it enough to wear short sleeves, but the shirts are still going to have a high collar. At least he wore things like that before? ]

[ That's so... Come over here soon, Rita. Tyr is worried about you. ] But there's no guarantee that hoping won't change anything, either. We still have to try, even if everything is uncertain. I know you don't really just want to settle in here.

[Y-yeah...so he won't seem odd at all! But still, looking at those scars everyday must just be... ._.]

[Thankfully, Rita has found her gels and is leaving the house.] Of course I don't, but--There's nothing that hope can do about it.

[stargathering]

[ Nope! And Gremio could figure that scar on the arm is from the war... I think it took a while to really get used to them. Such a bad reminder. ]

[ Good. Because he couldn't make an excuse for her to come over otherwise. ] Not explicitly, but... [ He sighs. ] Hope gives people a reason to keep trying.

[Yeah, although he might be sad to see it. :< No kidding. That must've been awful...still awful. D:]

[Gels make such a good excuse for both of them...] It's a pretty vague reason...

[stargathering]

[ He will be. It's something that he'd have a lot of strong feelings about even if he tries to hide them. ]

It's just one that applies to everyone. Hope is different, specific things to certain people...

[The sort of thing that isn't forgotten easily...or at all.]

That just sounds unreliable, if you ask me.

[stargathering]

[ I doubt Tyr will forget. He might get over it, but forget? No. ]

[ He sighs. ] Then find something you believe in that is reliable...

[blastiafreak]

[Yeah...not that. ._.]

... [Is it a bad sign that she doesn't answer for a long time? She can't seem to come up with anything. Eventually, she mutters quietly:] There's not much to believe in here...

[stargathering]

[ Tyr doesn't know what to say to that, and silence follows on his end. He sees now just how poor her state is. ] You'll...find something, though... You can believe in yourself, too...

[blastiafreak]

[She's pretty much a black hole of cynicism right now, though she manages the slightest hint of indignation.] It--It's not like I don't believe in myself.

[stargathering]

[ It's not enough for Tyr. ] That's not what it sounds like.

[blastiafreak]

...What more do you want?

[stargathering]

I... [ He doesn't really know. He wants her to be less cynical. ]

It doesn't matter.

[blastiafreak]

Then if it doesn't matter, just forget about it. [There's very little bite in her voice, though.

And she's arriving at his building soon.] ...Hey, I'm almost there.

[stargathering]

[ And he doesn't miss it, but he doesn't hold it against her, either. He nods and heads to get the door for her. ]

... Are you busy today?

[blastiafreak]

[While she approaches the door, she thinks about his question for a second. It's not like she was doing much besides sulking, but she doesn't get why he'd ask.]

I...guess I didn't have anything planned...

[stargathering]

[ The nice thing about talking on devices is he can open the door when he hears her voice sort of echo. He's dressed in a way that only his face is uncovered, and that doesn't even give hints that he's been sleeping poorly. ]

Let's have tea together, then... We haven't really spoke in person lately.

[blastiafreak]

[And if it's not clear, she isn't perceptive enough when it comes to people to notice, though deep down she's relieved to see him--apparently unhurt. Rita's own lack of energy is already obvious.]

...All right. If you want to. [Even if she isn't sure what to talk about. But she digs into a pocket underneath her cloak, and brings out three bright yellow gels.] And--here's the medicine. If it's not too bad, you won't need more than that.
