Ugh, what a pain. I'm staying in, so don't bug me unless you're worth my time.

[She'd be happy to see people she knows, really...It's just all the other idiots she can't stand.]

Yuri should be with her most of the time. He's sort of capable. [Very capable, or Rita would never leave it to him. But Tyr's statement makes her wonder, again, what happened to him.] So...Just how dirty does she fight?

[ "Sort of capable"... Tyr wonders what he did to earn a "sort of", of it that's just Rita. Her question throws him off that, though. He takes a little breath. ]

Really dirty... I don't regret keeping you from joining me that time. She set an entire room on fire, and then a hallway. She didn't have a problem with essentially ambushing me with spells.

[Yep, it's just Rita. She really does trust Yuri. Still, Tyr's description gives her mixed feelings.]

An entire room? ...That's why I said we should've done it together.

[ He shakes his head. ]

She probably would have tried to separate and confuse us.

So what? She'd do the same if we faced her again now. We'd just have to stay together. [So she can make sure nothing happens to him, for one.]

[ He still doesn't like it, but he agrees reluctantly. ]

... You're right. Still... It won't be easy either way, and... I don't have much else to lose now, anyway.

[Dammit, Tyr. Rita shakes her head.]

Don't talk like that. It doesn't mean you can just go and get injured.

Mm... [ It's a non-committal sort of sound. ] It's not like I'll try to get injured anyway, but if it came between you and me...I'd rather not see you hurt. [ He didn't like killing her the first time. ]

[That response gets her a little angry, and she points a finger at him.] Well, I don't want to see you get hurt again, all right? [She thinks he's been hurt enough already.]

[ He shifts back a bit when she points at him. She'd be right that he's been hurt more than enough already, but he still doesn't want her to be taking hits for him. ] —It'll be inevitable either way if we're fighting together. There's no such thing as getting out of a fight scot-free.

[At that, she crosses her arms. The last thing she wants is to see him taking hits, too--they're both stubborn.] I know that! I'm just telling you not to do anything stupid.

[ A little too stubborn. Tyr settles back into his seat with a small sigh. ] You don't need to tell me that. I don't get hurt just because I'm careless.

[Juuust a little. She can mostly believe that Tyr's not careless, though.] Hmph...Then just make sure it stays that way!

[ It's sort of annoying she needs to say it. ] I will. Don't start letting yourself be hurt, either.

Hey, I'm not careless, either.

Then don't imply that I am.

I wasn't! It was just- [Worry for him. But now she's too irritated to say it.] Just forget it.

[ He just sighs and looks away from her. This is giving him a bit of a headache. ] Fine...

[...Ugh, she doesn't want it to go like this again. What should she say?

--Oh. After a minute, she mumbles-] ...S-sorry.

[ Tyr already feels weird, though. Still, the apology is appreciated. ]

It's okay... Honestly, it'd probably be better for both of us if we had at least a party of four with us.

[Rita relaxes a little, not angry anymore.]

Yeah, but...[She doesn't want to involve too many people...if it comes up.] We'll figure that out if the time comes, all right?

[ Well, it's hard to stay annoyed when she's not acting bothered. He nods in response. ] Right...

...Maybe this weekend will be peaceful. The past few days haven't been that bad.

That just- [Wait, haven't they had this conversation before? Rita cuts herself off from saying that it won't last.] Maybe, if we're lucky.

...Yeah, if we're lucky. [ He looks over to her again. ] Try not to be so pessimistic.

[She blushes a little, and stares at her hands.] I-I know, I know. I'll try.
