[The video's not very clear when it comes on; it's dark and gloomy, showing hints of thick dust and cobwebs--a glimpse of a window reveals deep fog--and then it shifts to Rita's wide-eyed face. When she speaks, she's trying very hard to pretend she's calm...and failing pretty horribly.]

I-is anyone else stuck in this weirdo place? I mean, it's not like I need help or anything, but-

[A loud creak and sudden clatter of footsteps interrupts her, the shutters to the window abruptly blowing open, and she jumps with a yelp.] Aah--! Uh--it's not sc--just where's the exit, already?!

[Maybe realizing that the video's still recording her little freak-out, she quickly shuts it off.]

[She huffs over her shoulder and then opens up the heavy metal lid of the container, where she pours the flask's contents into a round basin before shutting the lid again.]

[ Yeah! A little...! Tyr huffs a bit himself and just watches her go on. ]

Do we just wait for it to come together now?

I said it would take a few hours, didn't I?

[Once the lid is well and truly sealed, Rita makes some adjustments, and the machine comes to life with a whirr and a hiss of pressure building up on the inside.]

Yeah, I was just making sure... [ He watches the machine for just a moment. ]

Now let's make that paper.

[She shrugs, as if to say if you say so, and then turns her focus to the materials needed for the paper.]

The paper's pretty simple. Just mix the stuff together, flatten it, and dry it.

[ She's really grouchy over it, and he decides not to protest anymore. ] So about how long?

[Kyaa~ Estelle would like it to be canon-!!]

[She doesn't realize she's not really being fair to him, though she does ease up a little.] However long it takes to flatten it out, mostly. It'll take a couple hours to dry if we just leave it out.

...Then it does take hours. [ Of course he has to be a brat about it, too. Sighing, he waves a hand. ] We should get working in any case.

Sh-shut up! Most of it's just waiting! [At least they're bratty together...Rita points to another small machine and orders-] Sit over here.

[ He gives her a look but still does as he's told. ] We should do something in the meantime, then. Just sitting here will be boring...

[Kyaa, she'll always believe it...////]

[What's the look for...Rita tries to ignore it and rummages through a shelf of raw materials, coming up with a container that she hands to Tyr; it's filled with fibrous, plant-like material.] Okay. So what do you wanna do?

[ She just needs to convince them! //// ]

[ So this is what paper's made out of? He looks the contents over as he replies. ] Depends on how much we need to watch these. It'll probably be daylight by the time these are done.

[I-it could be difficult, but she doesn't give up easily!]

We don't need to watch them. [She does watch Tyr, though, as she gives him another order.] Take a couple handfuls of those leaves and put them in the feeder.

[She indicates the top of the machine, which has a small basin which slants downwards to a narrow opening into the machine.]

[ It's a battle of stubbornness!? ]

All right. [ Yeah, he needs orders for this even though he feels like a child because of it. He dumps out a few pieces into his hand and resists the urge to crumple them up before feeding them in. And another handful? He starts another one as he talks to her. ] Let's talk a walk to my place and back, then, so I can change out of these.

[ This makes perfect sense to Tyr despite not being logical earlier. ]
