[The video's not very clear when it comes on; it's dark and gloomy, showing hints of thick dust and cobwebs--a glimpse of a window reveals deep fog--and then it shifts to Rita's wide-eyed face. When she speaks, she's trying very hard to pretend she's calm...and failing pretty horribly.]

I-is anyone else stuck in this weirdo place? I mean, it's not like I need help or anything, but-

[A loud creak and sudden clatter of footsteps interrupts her, the shutters to the window abruptly blowing open, and she jumps with a yelp.] Aah--! Uh--it's not sc--just where's the exit, already?!

[Maybe realizing that the video's still recording her little freak-out, she quickly shuts it off.]

[A surprised yelp, splintering wood, and at least a dozen candies in rainbow colours rolling across the floor greet the video.

Rita herself is sticking out of a hole in the wooden floor, her entire torso below her shoulders lost from view. Something small, pink, and blob-like scurries around in the background, but Rita ignores it in favour of screeching and futilely attempting to get herself free--until it decides to rest on an important book.]

Hey! You! Don't you dare eat that, or I'll-!

[-Slam her fists on the floor, apparently, since she can't get out of the hole. The blob is nonplussed.]

Move it before I blast you, you--you freak! O flickering blaze, burn!

[ooc: Artes in the house. ._. Forward-dated to later this afternoon!]

[Here is one Rita, glancing off to the side of the camera defensively.]

Okay, if--if nobody comes and picks them up, I'm not keeping them all.

[A slight blurring of the video as the camera rotates, and the picture focuses on no fewer than half a dozen cats lounging in various spaces in the study.

Yeah, guess who was busy during that robbing curse. Eyes is nowhere to be seen...because he's out of sight of the device, comfortably situated in Rita's lap.]
