[Idiot, city, whatever it was that made the decision. In any case, Rita sighs out of annoyance--primarily due to the disorientation from returning and regaining her memories--and then continues with a simple-]

So I'm back, anyway.

[ooc: Hiatus over! As mentioned by Rita, only one day went by for her while she was gone from the City for the month.]

[ Even though he's a little misty-eyed, he turns his head to look at her again. They're close enough for their foreheads to touch, but that's fine with him right now. ] A lot...

After you left, Yuri made a stupid trade, and he's still not himself... It was really hard for Flynn and Estellise...

[ Sighing, he continues a little more. He'll glaze over how he was teased about his relationship with her and that made him miss her more. More importantly, Katara... His eyes slip down to look to the lower half of her face. ]

And today, Katara...disappeared.

[ That's all he can say about that. ]

[She can't hide the surprise on her face as she sees it, and then she holds him a bit more tightly.]

...That idiot is gonna get some payback for that. [In regards to Yuri. As for the other part...]

And...I'm sorry.

[ There's no doubt in his mind what she means by that hug this time. It tugs at something inside of him, and it takes a lot to hold back his feelings. It feels wrong for him to bring this all on her when she just came back, but he figures she would want to hear it sooner rather than later. ]

Maybe she'll come back later, though. [ He tries to be hopeful. If Rita could come back like this, he has a reason to be hopeful. ] So there's no reason to get too sad about it...

[ ...Even though he is. He has mixed feelings. ]

[She demanded to know in the first place; what happened while she was gone is important for her to find out. Now that she knows (part of it, at least), she can try to dismiss the weirdness of missing a whole month.]

It's possible...But we don't know that. [She doesn't want to get his hopes up for something that might not happen, though she doesn't really want to depress him any further, either.] So don't worry about it, all right?

[ He nods, taking a deep breath. He knows that it's not that likely - no-one else has returned just like Rita has - but anything can happen. ]

I won't... [ He'd rather focus on the positive of having Rita back anyway and smiles more widely. ] So do you okay? You didn't look okay before...

[Rita will miss Katara too, so...She'll just think of it as a possibility. She's glad to see Tyr smile again, anyway.]

Huh? I'm the one who should be asking you. I'm fine. [A little cold, but she doesn't realize just how her expression must've looked to Tyr earlier.]

[ Now he wonders just how bad he must have looked (though, he guesses, when it comes to missing her and Rita, it's not hard to think he'd be upset...) ]

I am, too. Nothing dangerous really happened while you were gone, and you're back now, so...it's not too bad.

[ But before this gets to sappy- ] Are you sure you're not cold like this? [ He moves his hands to her shoulders. ] It's the middle of winter, you know.

[Rita would say that, without a doubt, he looked terrible. The sappiness does start to fluster her, and she blushes while waving her hand a little.]

I-it's not that bad...I mean, it's a little cold, but...you know...[Tyr's pretty warm.]

[ He puts his hands back around her a little. For now, he doesn't want to embarrass her, so he holds off on being sappy (though he still has sappy feelings...). ]

I'm blocking the wind? [ But that says nothing about teasing her. ]

[She's even more embarrassed at the realization that she almost feels sappy, too! (And it's all Tyr's fault, huff.)]

Yeah. You're like a blanket or something. [Not that she minds having a blanket draped on her.]

[ He'd feel a little giddy that the feeling is mutual whether it's his fault or not.

No matter how bad she feels for him, he doesn't think she'd let him do this if she didn't like it. He wraps his arms around her gently to keep her warm. ]

I'll have to keep you warm in that case...

[Sappy and giddy...

Now her face flushes even more, though embarrassed as she is, she doesn't want to push him away.]

Wha--w-why don't we just go inside or something...

[ So sappy and giddy. But now. ]

...I was going to get you something from my place, but seemed content like this...

[ Her own fault... He lets go of her, though. Really, he likes teasing her, but he doesn't have the energy to do that now. ]

[Yes~ But now, she reflexively shivers when he lets go. He just had to be so warm...!]

All right- [ She must actually be pretty cold, he thinks. He begins unfastening his cloak for her. ] You can wear this on the way.

[She watches, arms at her sides. She can't really deny that she's cold, but...] And what about you?

I'm dressed more warmly than you are, so it's fine. [ He pulls it off and holds it open for her. ] Come on.

Right... [After a moment, she reaches out to take it from him and wrap it around herself. After standing outside waiting for him, it feels almost unbelievably warm...]

[ And the air seems almost piercing now that he has it off, though he is dressed warmly - he has a long-sleeved shirt on along with his hat and scarf. He takes a deep breath to keep from shivering himself. As much as he wants to wrap his arms around himself, he holds his hand out for her instead. ]

...It's not bad. [She figures he's probably a lot colder without it, though...(And the hem's also in danger of being dragged along the ground.)]

[ His cloak isn't exactly short on him, either. It doesn't matter to him if it gets dragged, though. ] There should be something that fits you better back at my place... [ Connell might have had something that'll fit her... ]

[It's long enough to cover her boots and then some. She'll probably have to gather it up just to make sure she doesn't trip.] Then we should get going before you end up freezing next.

[ And Tyr will just cross his arms since her mentioning the cold makes him notice it that much more. ] Right... Come on. [ And he begins walking at a leisurely pace. ]

[She wraps her cold fingers in the fabric of the cloak and sighs into it. It's really nice after she was standing around...] ...So, did anything else happen while I was gone?

... [ He hums, thinking about it... ] It's probably better to ask Estellise about what happened at home... It really was a peaceful month, though; as far as I know, Yuri trading away his memories is the worst thing that happened...
