[Rita indicates...what might be an attempt at making a torte. Or a pudding cake. The only sure thing is that it's messy and looks about ready to collapse, two cake layers haphazardly stacked with too-soft and melting ice cream sandwiched between. She's still pretty smug about it, though, like it's the highest-class dessert ever made.]
