[The video's not very clear when it comes on; it's dark and gloomy, showing hints of thick dust and cobwebs--a glimpse of a window reveals deep fog--and then it shifts to Rita's wide-eyed face. When she speaks, she's trying very hard to pretend she's calm...and failing pretty horribly.]
I-is anyone else stuck in this weirdo place? I mean, it's not like I need help or anything, but-
[A loud creak and sudden clatter of footsteps interrupts her, the shutters to the window abruptly blowing open, and she jumps with a yelp.] Aah--! Uh--it's not sc--just where's the exit, already?!
[Maybe realizing that the video's still recording her little freak-out, she quickly shuts it off.]
[ooc: Tags slow forever. ._. Sorry!]

[She shakes her head and sighs.] Not exactly--all I saw was this wall, so I just know it's huge. And the ceiling's about twelve feet above us.
action; ♥! Thank goodness it's almost over!
Twelve feet? [ He glances up. No wonder it hurt so much when they fell...
But enough of that. He shakes the thought out of his head. ] But if we follow the wall, we should be able to find our way out even if it is a huge room.
action; ♥! Yes! Though I have my last midterm tomorrow...
[Rita shares the sentiment. She swears her head aches just thinking about it, though she nods along with him.] That's the idea. It's better than wandering around blindly.
action; ♥! Yay! Lucky~♥ I have two presentations next Tuesday...
Exactly. [ But when they get to the wall, Tyr doesn't want to follow too closely to it. ] We could walk in circles if we just try wandering...
action; ♥! Ohh, good luck! I also have one next week and another the week after.
[Never know where those hands could appear next...] Right. Besides, it should be easier to find some stairs. [The wall finally appears in the little light Tyr's providing, rough and featureless like the floor.]
action; ♥! Oh, wow! Good luck to you, too!
[ Once they're a little closer, Tyr turns and begins walking alongside it. The walls make him feel more suspicious. ]
action; ♥! Thanks! Let's both do well!
[She follows along, looking ahead to watch for staircases, ladders, anything that'll get them to the floor above.]
action; ♥! We will~! >:3
Mm... [ But she didn't see the whole room, either. He shines the light around them, but nothing shows up. ] Can you make that flash again?
action; ♥! Heck yeah! /o/
[She glances over to him, then nods.] Yeah. Just hang on. [Maybe they'll find something else nearby...She turns away so it won't be flashing right in Tyr's face, and unleashes the burst of light again.]
action; ♥! \o\
Okay- [ He still turns his head to face the wall and closes his eyes as it lights up the room again.
The far wall still can't be seen, though one of the adjacent walls can - and it all looks relatively the same save some small, rounded, square notches near one of the corners. There's some debris littering the floor, too, though it's just scattered about and not beneath the hole they fell from. ]
action; ♥! \o\
[Rita tries to take in as much as possible in the brief moment, though neither the notches nor the debris are of any interest to her as far as she can tell.] ...Nothing. We're near a wall, but that's pretty much it.
action; ♥! \o\
... [ He sighs and mutters out an "Okay." What a waste, he thinks. ] Better than monsters, at least...
action; ♥!
[Rita sort of thinks so too, annoyed that she couldn't spot a single staircase.] Assuming they're not out there where we couldn't see them.
[Which actually does remind her-] There was stuff on the ground all over the place.
action; ♥!
[ He's about to reply that if she couldn't see them, they shouldn't be an immediate threat, but he's cut off by her next statement. ] What kind of stuff?
[ More bones...? ]
action; ♥!
[At that, she shrugs.] I didn't look at them that closely. Maybe like bones, I guess.
action; ♥!
... [ The thought of there being a bunch of bones sprinkled around the room is disturbing. He sighs and keeps walking. ] They're not helpful in any case...
action; ♥!
[Rita will keep on thinking they're not important. Or, rather, pretending that's all she thinks...] So let's just forget about them...It's not like they have anything to do with us.
action; ♥!
[ He nods. They're not going to end up like that, so they really shouldn't care about them. ] Right... Like I said before, they're probably not even real.
action; ♥!
[Rita can't help but make a skeptical "hmph!" in reply; she doesn't doubt there'd be real bones down there. Still, she wants to move onto something else, anyway.] See anything yet?
[It does look like they're coming up to another wall ahead.]
action; ♥!
Only another wall.
[ Which isn't that interesting to him, since he cares about as much about the notches as she did. ]
action; ♥!
Ugh, I don't care about walls unless we can find something to get us back up! [whine whine whine. It's almost boring now...not that she wants to be attacked again, but she just wants to hurry up, find the staff, and get out.]
action; ♥!
We just started looking; we'll find something eventually. [ Turning the corner doesn't provide anything interesting except for stones all over the floor like they had just been dumped there. Which also isn't very interesting. ]
action; ♥!
I just want to get this over with! [Irritated that they haven't found anything better, she kicks at a rock as they walk. So boring, nothing but darkness and stone!]
action; ♥!
So do I! [ He walks along beside her, but doesn't kick at the rocks (his poor toes).
But it's at least exciting in a way when a length of rope coils around Rita's ankle and pulls (from her walking or from something else?) at her leg. ]
action; ♥!
[Exciting might be one way to describe it...As she yelps in surprise and stumbles...totally gracefully...] Ah--hey!
